Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Covent Garden, London.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Due to the highly interactive nature of the adventure and to avoid detracting from the experience of fellow audience members, no photography is allowed within the live experience itself. We do encourage visitors to make use of the multiple organised photo opportunities before and after the show.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in a combination of indoor and outdoor sets and involves the audience walking between scenes; we recommend wearing suitable clothing for the weather.
How long does the experience last?
The live theatrical show lasts approximately 50 minutes. There is plenty to do before and afterwards, both at the Easter Adventure shop and Café and in the activity areas as well as in Covent Garden itself.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
The experience is largely outdoors and designed to be COVID safe. The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to our reservation system and the timed entries.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Mask wearing is not a requirement.
Is there an age requirement?
No, all ages are welcome.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Visit our café inside the Easter Adventure Shop to enjoy a hot or cold drink and a snack.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. We advise that babies are carried and the use of buggies avoided.

Is the experience suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes; this is an all-weather experience so come prepared. For the safety of our visitors and staff, in the event of extreme weather conditions, the event may be cancelled. In this case we will notify ticket holders via email and as per your request rebook your session or issue a refund.
What are the activities?
From the comfort of our activity burrow enjoy drawing, colouring and writing activities for all ages. Post a letter to Beatrix Potter or relax in the reading corner.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
You can purchase tickets via your mobile using QR codes displayed at the event. However available sessions can only be purchased up until that session’s start time. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Please include your ticket order number in the request.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for The Peter Rabbit™ Easter Adventure can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Do I need a ticket for an up to 6 months old?
If you have a newborn up to 6 months old and are able to carry your child around the experience, you are not required to book a ticket.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group of 10+ people, please
contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please

How can I use my promotional codes/vouchers?
Vouchers can be used once you have selected your ticket. When viewing "Your order details" after selecting your ticket(s), input your code into the "add voucher" section underneath the breakdown price and above the total amount to Pay.
TRAVEL
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated slot.
What happens if I arrive late?
The onsite team will do their best to accommodate any late comers though regret that during busy times this may not be possible.
Is there parking available?
There is limited Pay & Display parking on the streets off the Piazza – Henrietta Street, Southampton Street and Tavistock Street. There is also an NCP car park on Dury Lane. Whilst parking is available, it is very limited and we recommend travelling via public transport, taxi or walking.
Can I leave my children to take part in the experience?
All children under 16 must be accompanied.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are entitled to go for free to the experience, please bring any proof of disability and show it to the staff onsite. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

ACCESSIBILITY
I’m a wheelchair user and want to know if I can experience the whole of the show?
Unfortunately, some scenes will be only accessible through stairs. However there will be a special set of dedicated performances using an adapted, fully-accessible route; for more info, please contact info@histrionicproductions.com
Our Front of House staff will be on hand to make sure you can travel through any other area safely. They will also guide you through an alternative route if you find anything that doesn’t make you comfortable. Our team of Front of House staff and Beatrix Potter will be made aware if you are joining us today so that we can assist you the best we can
Are Wheelchairs available on site?
Covent Garden does not have the facilities to provide wheelchairs.
Is there disabled parking available?
There are 3 Blue Badge bays. There are on-street Blue Badge parking bays available in Floral Street, Bow Street, Long Acre and Tavistock Street east of Wellington Street. There is a 4 hour maximum parking limit.
What’s the easiest way to get there if I’m in a wheelchair or have limited mobility and don’t drive?
We advise arriving by taxi.
Is there any part of the show I should be aware of as a physically disabled person?
Unfortunately, the basement of 10 market building for the café/activities is only accessible through stairs. Besides that, part of the ground may be a little uneven, but our staff are onsite to assist. If any sections have you feeling unsure then one of our team will happily assist you through to the next location of our show.
Can I access the Easter Adventure Shop if I am in a wheelchair or have limited mobility?
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to the Easter Adventure Shop downstairs.
Is there a buggy park?
Please note that secure buggy parking is not provided. We ask that you please refrain from bringing buggies along as the Adventure is a moving experience, with some scenes only accessible via stairs. As such, buggies may need to be left unattended outside and the safety of your buggy cannot be guaranteed.
I have a child with Autism/Aspergers and may need to take some time out and be somewhere quiet. Is this possible?
Yes. If you need to leave the show for any reason just let Beatrix Potter know and she will alert a Front of House Assistant who will look after you until you feel ready to carry on with your day.
What happens if there is an emergency and we have to evacuate?
We hope that this won’t arise, but if it does don’t worry at all. Our Front of House staff are fully trained to help you in this situation and will look after you all the way to our assembly point. If we restart shows, they will also assist you back to where you were.
Are there accessible toilets on site?
Yes, there are public accessible toilets.
Am I allowed to bring my service dog?
Please do! Covent Garden, the Piazza and the Market Building welcomes dogs to walk through, however we ask that you are considerate and pick up after your dogs.
